Maciej Adamski — engineer building hotel SPA software the way operators would build it themselves.

A polish engineer focused on one problem: hotel spa booking infrastructure that finally fits how a 4–5 star property actually runs. No platform tax, no commission skim, no shared-tenant database with someone else's medical records.

Why this problem

A decade of shipping production systems — finance, logistics, consumer products — taught one pattern. Vendors sold platforms. Operators rented access to their own data. The software was rarely shaped to the workflow of the people running it daily.

Hotel SPA software repeated the pattern, only sharper. Commission-skimming booking platforms competed with the hotels they served. Multi-tenant SaaS held guest medical histories on shared infrastructure. Spa software built for hair salons was being sold to luxury resorts. Any hotel operations director could list five things their booking system did badly.

“Any hotel operations director could list five things their booking system did badly.”

AURI is the response. Private deployment per hotel. Triple-resource validation enforced at the database layer. Hotel mode with QR-based room verification. Mews, Opera Cloud, Previo, Cloudbeds and RoomRaccoon adapters shipped in code. ExploreTech UAE — a government-backed hospitality-tech platform — onboarded AURI as a vendor in March 2026.

Three beliefs the system is built on

Simplicity over cleverness

Clear code beats clever code. Functions under 60 lines. Files under 300. Complexity is a tax — operators pay it every time the front desk needs the vendor on the phone.

Data isolation by design

BOX deployment is not a feature toggle, it is the architecture. Every client receives a separate Google Cloud project, separate database, separate domain. GDPR and medical-data handling become structural, not declarative.

Multi-language from day one

English, polish, german, arabic shipping by default. Full RTL, Tap MENA payments wired, Doha me-central1 region available. The translation infrastructure was built before the first feature shipped — not retrofitted later.

Founding customers. Direct line to the engineer.

The first AURI customers will shape this product more than the next fifty. What they get: free setup, hands-on implementation, and a direct line to Maciej for the duration of the pilot — the kind of access that disappears the moment a vendor crosses 30 employees. What we ask in return: real feedback, a willingness to iterate on the workflow together, and rights to a case study at the end. No qualification theatre. A 30-minute call with the person who wrote the code.

Hotel SPA software should be invisible. Guests see only available slots, never apologies. Operators see daily revenue, not a vendor dashboard. Hotels own their data, their domain, their brand. The system is a tool — not a platform extracting rent. That is what AURI is for.
