GCC five-star hospitality

PILOT One flagship slot — UAE, Saudi, Qatar, or Bahrain

Spa software that opens in Arabic, posts to your PMS folio, and never puts another logo on a guest email.

Built around the GCC five-star operating reality — Arabic-first guest hub, prayer-aware scheduling, Tap Payments on local rails, charge-to-room into Opera, Mews, and Cloudbeds.

Marketplace platforms take a cut of every booking and put their brand on your guest's confirmation. Multi-tenant software pools your VIP guest data into a shared database — and fails any serious GCC security review on day one. AURI does neither. You get a dedicated stack on your subdomain, native Arabic with full right-to-left, payment routing that settles in AED, SAR, KWD, OMR, or BHD on local rails, and a charge-to-room flow that posts straight into the PMS folio your front office already runs.

The GCC reality

Three friction points your director already knows — and the software market still ignores.

We work the room with GCC spa directors. The same three complaints come up, in the same order, every time.

01 — Arabic as an afterthought

"Your booking flow shows up in Arabic — but the receipt is in English and the layout flips wrong."

Most spa software ships English-only and bolts Arabic on later as a translation layer. PDF receipts break. Right-to-left tables collide. Mixed Arabic-and-numeral lines render in the wrong order. The guest reads it and rebooks at a competitor.

AURI Arabic and RTL are first-class from the database up. Receipts, emails, SMS, dashboard — all native, all correct.

02 — Payment rails that ignore GCC

"We accept Visa and Mastercard. Anything else and the guest has to call reception."

Western platforms route through Stripe or Adyen and call it done. GCC guests pay in dirhams, riyals, dinars on Tap, on local cards, on Apple Pay tied to a GCC issuer — and a US-defaulted stack quietly fails the auth or surcharges 4% in invisible FX.

AURI Tap Payments primary. AED, SAR, KWD, OMR, BHD on local rails. Card-network fallback. Charge-to-room as the first option for in-house guests.

03 — Software that pretends the hotel isn't there

"Your spa software issues an invoice. Then my finance team has to manually post it to the PMS folio."

Standalone spa platforms treat the hotel as an external system. Bookings live in one database, room folios in another, reconciliation happens in spreadsheets at month-end. Worst case: the guest pays twice.

AURI Charge-to-room posts directly into Opera Cloud, Mews, or Cloudbeds — in real time, with PMS-side metadata. Settlement reconciles at checkout.

Fix the three. The conversation moves from "how do we work around it" to "how fast can we go live."

What changes for the guest

From QR to checkout — the four moments the GCC guest actually feels.

The pilot rebuilds the four touchpoints where the current spa flow loses guests — and where the next one earns trust.

1. Native Arabic guest hub

Guest scans the QR by the spa pool, lobby, or in-room directory and lands on spa.your-hotel.com. The page opens in Arabic with full RTL layout, your colours, your typography. English available with one tap. No app install, no friction.

2. Prayer-aware booking

The slot picker respects configurable prayer-time gaps and Friday-prayer windows. Therapist allocation honours same-gender preferences without the guest having to ask. The booking flow reads as luxury hospitality, not retrofitted Western SaaS.

3. Tap Payments + charge-to-room

Charge-to-room is the default for in-house guests — verified against the PMS, posted to the folio in real time, settled at checkout. Walk-ins and day guests pay on Tap in their local currency. Apple Pay, Mada, KNET supported.

4. Every touchpoint on your brand

Confirmation email from your domain. WhatsApp reminder from your business number. SMS sender ID your hotel. Receipt PDF with your logo. The system never claims credit. The guest only sees your hospitality.

What the GCC stack ships with

Four capabilities most spa software files under "roadmap."

Built for the operating reality of UAE, Saudi, Qatar, and Bahrain five-star properties — not adapted from a Western feature set.

01

Arabic + RTL, native end-to-end

Database collation, schema-level direction flags, PDF rendering, email templates, dashboard, mobile. Arabic is a first-class language, not a translation layer. Polish, German, English ship alongside.

02

Tap Payments — AED, SAR, KWD, OMR, BHD

Primary GCC payment rail integration. Local-currency settlement, Mada and KNET support, Apple Pay tied to GCC issuers. Western card networks as fallback. No FX surprises at checkout.

03

Charge-to-room into Opera, Mews, Cloudbeds

Live integrations with Oracle Opera Cloud, Mews, Cloudbeds, Previo. Real-time folio posting with full metadata. Settlement reconciles at PMS checkout. RoomRaccoon coming.

04

WhatsApp Business — on the roadmap

GCC guests live in WhatsApp. Confirmation, reminder, post-treatment follow-up — from your hotel's business number, in the guest's language. Wired into the same template engine as email and SMS.

The pilot

One flagship slot. First in the GCC.

We open one paid pilot slot in the UAE, Saudi, Qatar, or Bahrain — a five-star property serious about owning the spa experience. The deal is a partnership, not a sale.

WHAT AURI BRINGS

What we bring to the table

  • Free setup and full configuration — service catalog, therapist schedules, room and equipment definitions, multi-language content.
  • Direct line to the founder for the full implementation — architecture decisions, integration scope, on-property training.
  • Custom development for GCC-specific needs — payment rails, halal alignment, prayer scheduling, WhatsApp Business — at no extra cost.
  • Performance guarantees in writing — uptime, response time, on-call coverage during your peak season.
WHAT WE ASK FOR

What we ask in return

  • Monthly subscription at standard pricing — implementation is on us, the recurring fee is not.
  • Rights to publish a public case study after 90 days of live operation — names, numbers, the full story.
  • Hotel logo and brand permission on this site, the homepage, and segment pages for the GCC market.
  • Founder access for product feedback — quarterly call, candid critique, your team's view on what to build next.

If that reads like a partnership rather than a transaction, you've understood the offer. One slot. First-mover terms. Once the case study is live, the pilot is closed for the GCC.

Frequently asked — by GCC five-star directors.

Native. Arabic is a first-class language from the database collation up — schema-level direction flags, PDF rendering pipeline, email and SMS templates, the staff dashboard, the guest-facing booking flow. We test against right-to-left edge cases — mixed Arabic-and-numeral lines, currency formatting, date order — on every release. The pilot includes an Arabic-language walkthrough where you can break it on purpose.

Oracle Opera Cloud, Mews, Cloudbeds, and Previo are live with real-time folio posting. RoomRaccoon is on the integration roadmap. The integration hub is stateless and audited end-to-end — five operations: lookup guest, check check-in status, post charge, void charge, identify provider. If your PMS is unreachable, the booking still completes and the charge queues for staff to release.

Tap Payments is the primary GCC rail — AED, SAR, KWD, OMR, BHD settled locally. Mada and KNET are supported. Apple Pay works against GCC-issued cards. Visa and Mastercard fall back through Tap. For in-house guests, charge-to-room is the default and the most-converted checkout option.

Implementation is free for the pilot property — setup, configuration, integration, training, custom GCC-specific development. The monthly subscription is at standard pricing. In return: rights to a public case study after 90 days, logo permission on this site, and quarterly product-feedback access to your team. One pilot slot — first GCC property closes it for the region.

You own it. The data lives in your dedicated database, in a dedicated cloud project — single-tenant by design, never pooled. We provide a full SQL dump on request, any time, with no contractual lock-in. PMS integrations are standard APIs — your guest history stays portable. This is the answer that passes a GCC luxury security review on the first try.
