The gap

Most spas still run on paper, spreadsheets, and phone tag.

Modern booking software shipped years ago — but most spa operations still juggle three or four disconnected tools. The operator pays the price every shift.

01

Manual schedule chaos

Paper calendar at the front. Booking spreadsheet on the laptop. Therapist roster in a group chat. Walk-ins on a clipboard. Nothing reconciles — and double-bookings happen the moment two people touch the schedule at once.

02

Reception swallows the coordination cost

Every booking change ripples by phone, SMS, and walk-back-to-the-office. Reception spends more time chasing the schedule than greeting the guest in front of them.

03

Guests can't book without you

No room QR. No mobile checkout. No 24/7 booking link in their language. Every booking depends on someone picking up the phone — and the off-hours guest just walks past.

What Auri does

Close the gap. One booking at a time.

Three layers under one platform. Capture the booking, manage the operation, settle the payment.

01 — Capture

Mobile booking. Online payments. No app required.

QR code on the door, on the website, on the receipt. Guest scans, browses treatments in their language, picks a slot, pays online or charges to the room. Four taps. Same flow at 10:30 PM as at the reception desk during business hours.

02 — Manage

Atomic booking algorithm. No double‑bookings, ever.

Every booking — guest, walk-in, reschedule — runs 12 invariants in a single database transaction: therapist qualifications, room availability, equipment capacity, schedule fit, gender preference, DST. If any check fails, the slot is rejected. Not silently saved.

03 — Settle

Straight to the PMS folio or the payment processor.

Hotel spas settle to the PMS folio — Mews and Opera Cloud live, Cloudbeds and Previo in development, RoomRaccoon next. Day spas and standalone wellness settle via Stripe (EU) or Tap (MENA). One audit trail, one screen, every booking.

Why Auri

Built differently from the rest of spa software.

Three engineering choices that shape what we ship — and what we refuse to ship.

  1. 01 Atomic, not 'avoid'
12 invariants per booking. One database transaction.

Vagaro markets "Double-Book Your Resources" as a feature. Zenoti's "avoid double-bookings" toggle is off by default. Auri runs every booking through a 12-invariant atomic check in a single PostgreSQL transaction with row-level locks. Off by default is not an option here.

  2. 02 Your data, your domain
Single-tenant. Your Google Cloud project. Your URL.

Auri is not a multi-tenant SaaS. Every property gets a dedicated Google Cloud project, its own PostgreSQL database, its own subdomain (spa.yourbrand.com). Your bookings, your guest data, your service catalog — none of it sits in a shared table with the spa across town.

  3. 03 Module-level rollout
Roll out what you need. Add the rest when you grow.

Three modules, three independent services on an internal Docker network — no shared database between them. Start with SPA Operation in pilot. Add Aggregator when you open the second property. Failure of one module does not stop the others.

Frequently asked

What hotel operators ask first.

Setup is free for pilot properties. Monthly subscription depends on the modules you run and your property size — typically a four-figure monthly fee for a single-property SPA Operation, scaling for multi-property Aggregator. No booking commissions. No per-transaction fees. Written proposal in three business days after the demo.

Live today: Mews and Opera Cloud. In development: Cloudbeds and Previo. Next: RoomRaccoon. Settlement posts straight to the PMS folio. Full PMS map at /integrations/.

Four to six weeks from signed pilot to live operation. Includes provisioning your dedicated Google Cloud project, importing your service catalog and staff roster, training reception, and the PMS handshake. The founder runs the deployment personally.

Yes. Single-tenant architecture means your data never sits in a shared table. GDPR + UAE PDPL compliant — audit log, consent tracking, configurable retention, encrypted PII at rest (AES-256-GCM). The database lives in your own Google Cloud project; you can extract it any time.

No. Auri runs on a flat monthly subscription. We do not see your booking revenue, take a percentage, or charge per-transaction. Your guests pay you — you pay us a fixed fee.

Staff with the right role can override specific checks (skip prepayment, override booking deadline, manual provider assignment). Core invariants — double-bookings, equipment conflicts, qualification mismatches — stay enforced for everyone. The audit log records every override with the user and timestamp.
