For most properties the implementation investment recovers inside the first quarter, and the ongoing subscription is a fraction of the commission line on any marketplace at meaningful booking volumes.

Four to six weeks is standard. Week one is discovery and PMS connection. Weeks two and three cover branding, service catalog, therapist schedules and room and equipment definitions. Week four is staff training and parallel run. Weeks five and six are cutover and monitoring. Multi-property chains and unusual PMS configurations may extend to eight weeks. We will not pretend it is one day if it is not.

PMS-bundled spa modules are repurposed room-night code. They lack atomic therapist-and-room-and-equipment validation, guest-facing QR booking flows and ancillary-specific analytics like RevPATH. AURI runs alongside your PMS via API — your guests still settle through the room folio, but the spa department runs on software designed for spa.

Every AURI customer gets a private database in their own cloud project. No shared infrastructure, no cross-tenant access. Data residency is configurable — UAE region, EU region or your home region. Audit logs cover sensitive admin actions. GDPR by design; PDPL alignment confirmed for KSA and UAE deployments.
