Flat subscription. Zero booking commissions. Ever.
Sized to your property, your integrations and your languages. The price you sign is the price you pay — every month, regardless of booking volume.
No contract until go-live. Implementation invoicing split kickoff/launch.
Pick the shape that fits your operation.
Each tier is a real scope with a real subscription. Exact number lands in your inbox after a thirty-minute call — sized to your booking volume, your integrations and your languages.
All subscriptions quoted monthly. Annual prepay reduces the rate by two months.

Same engineering, every quote.
We do not sell a stripped version of AURI. The infrastructure that runs a thirty-property chain runs your single day spa too — same database isolation, same upgrade cadence, same multilingual coverage.
Dedicated deployment.
Your own cloud project, your own database, your own backup schedule. No shared tenancy.
PMS integrations included where needed.
Mews, Opera Cloud, Cloudbeds and Previo live. RoomRaccoon coming soon. Same operation contract across all of them.
Multi-language out of the box.
Guest flow, dashboard and notifications in English, Polish, German and Arabic — with full right-to-left.
Direct-to-founder support.
EU and GCC business-hour cover by Maciej directly. Critical incidents handled around the clock.
Upgrades included.
Every feature we ship rolls out to every customer. No version lock-in, no upsell ladder.
Migration help.
We pull your data from the previous tool ourselves. You do not sit alone with a CSV at 2 AM.
Where the subscription model wins.
We will not pretend a hypothetical example is your business. Here is the structural argument — your case gets modelled with your actual numbers on the consultation call.
You pay a percentage of every booking. The bill scales with revenue — every guest you win quietly costs you a slice. The marketplace owns the customer email, the data and the brand on the confirmation.
You pay a flat monthly subscription that does not move with booking volume. The customer email lands in your CRM, the data lives in your database, and the brand on the confirmation is yours.
At meaningful booking volumes, the marketplace commission line grows into the same range as a hospitality manager's salary. AURI's subscription does not. Your case gets modelled with your actual numbers on the consultation call — average ticket, booking volume, current commission rate.
Your numbers shape the proposal. Bring your booking volume, average ticket and current platform invoices to the consultation and we will walk through both columns line by line.
From kickoff to live in four to six weeks.
Standard implementation runs four to six weeks. Multi-property chains and unusual PMS configurations may extend to eight. We will not pretend it is one day if it is not.
Discovery.
We map your services, prices, treatment rooms, therapist roster, opening hours, payment processor and current PMS. We finalise the data migration plan.
Provisioning and branding.
Your dedicated cloud project is created. Domain wired, certificates issued, visual branding applied — logo, colours, fonts, tone of voice.
PMS integration and data migration.
PMS adapter configured against the property where applicable. Historical bookings, customer list and service catalog migrated from the previous tool.
Training and acceptance testing.
Staff training across front desk, therapists and admin. User acceptance testing on a parallel instance. Adjustments to workflows, notification templates and payment routing.
Go-live and post-launch support.
Cutover. Old tool deactivated. First two weeks: daily check-ins, feedback loop and fast turnaround on tweaks.
What you get on each side.
Honest framing. Marketplaces have their place; we just do not think a hotel spa is one of them.
| Dimension | AURI subscription | Marketplace platform |
|---|---|---|
| Cost structure | Flat monthly subscription, predictable | Commission per booking, scales with revenue |
| Brand | Your hotel brand on every guest touchpoint | Marketplace brand on the booking and confirmation |
| Data | Your guest data, your database, your CRM | Pooled tenancy, used for cross-sell |
| Commission | Never | Percentage of every booking |
What operators ask before requesting a quote.
A standalone day spa, a three-property boutique group in the Gulf and a thirty-property European chain on Opera Cloud each have different needs. Property count, integration depth, language requirements, SLA terms and bespoke workflow scope all move the price meaningfully. Publishing a flat tier would either overcharge the smallest customer or undersell the work the largest one needs. We would rather quote you accurately than anchor you to the wrong number.
Discovery, cloud project provisioning, your dedicated domain and TLS certificate, branding (logo, colours, tone of voice), data migration from your previous tool, PMS integration setup where applicable, payment processor wiring (Stripe and/or Tap), staff training, user acceptance testing and two weeks of post-launch hand-holding. Net-new feature development is scoped separately. The four-to-six-week timeline assumes you respond to discovery questions within a normal working cadence.
A standard initial term of twelve months for single-property scopes and twenty-four months for multi-property portfolios — long enough to recoup the integration investment on both sides. After the initial term, contracts roll month-to-month with thirty-day cancellation. We will not lock you into a five-year deal; that is a sales tactic, not a partnership.
Yes. Adding therapists, treatment rooms, services or guest volume inside a single property does not change your subscription — the quote covers a deployment, not metered usage. Adding a second property moves you to a multi-property arrangement with its own quote because integration depth changes.
Yes. Dedicated deployment isolates your guest data in your own cloud project, in a region you choose — UAE, EU, or your home region. Audit logs on sensitive admin actions. Configurable retention with right-to-erasure flow. Data Processing Agreement signed with every customer. PDPL alignment confirmed for KSA and UAE deployments — happy to walk your legal team through specifics on the call.
Yes. Pricing is set per property in any currency Stripe or Tap supports — USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SAR, PLN and many more. Display currency, billing currency and refund currency are configurable. Reports roll up in the property's home currency. The portfolio dashboard handles cross-property currency conversion using the configured rate source.
The implementation fee is non-refundable once kickoff starts — the work is done. Subscription is refundable pro-rata if we fail to deliver against contract terms. Guest booking refunds are processed within five business days through Stripe and Tap. We do not refund subscription for change of mind after go-live; the migration work is sunk on both sides.
At go-live. You do not pay subscription during the implementation window. Implementation invoicing is split fifty-fifty between kickoff and go-live, or in three milestones for chains. The first subscription month is pro-rated to align with calendar billing thereafter. We do not charge during downtime caused by us.
