Pricing

A simple model. No surprises.

Your own dedicated system for one setup fee and one flat monthly fee — never a cut of your bookings.

How it's priced

AURI is priced as two components. A one-time setup stands up your own dedicated single-tenant instance. A flat monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, and direct support. You pay zero commission on any booking. The figure is set per property — size, scope, connectors — and confirmed on a 30-minute scoping call, not published as a list.

How it works

Two components, nothing else.

Nothing on this list is an add-on, a tier, or a paid extra.

Billing stays that simple all year — one predictable invoice.

  • One-time setup and implementation.A project, not a licence.
  • One flat monthly fee.No per-user seats, no usage meters.
  • Zero booking commission. Not a reduced rate — zero, on any booking, ever.
The setup fee stands up
  • Your own single-tenant instance— a private database and cloud environment, pooled with no one's.
  • Your domain and your brandon every screen a guest sees.
  • Your treatment menu configured— services, providers, rooms, equipment, and pricing rules.
  • Your PMS connectedand tested against your property before go-live.
The monthly fee keeps it running
  • Hosting and maintenance— monitoring, backups, patching, and updates.
  • Direct support— a straight line to the team behind the system, not a ticket queue.

What the system itself does — engine, online booking, KPIs — lives on the Product page.

How it's scoped

Three things move the figure.

A boutique day spa and a hotel portfolio are not the same project.

How many properties

One spa is one instance; a group adds an instance per property plus the rolled-up view across the estate.

Your PMS connector

A ready connector for the PMS you run is wired during setup; a new one is built as part of the implementation, typically 4–6 weeks. The connector matrix lives on the Integrations page.

Custom work

Bespoke modules or integrations are scoped into the implementation and quoted up front — never billed as surprise extras later.

Where you fit

Three investment levels.

Each level is an implementation scope — the scoping call turns it into your figure.

Level 01 Independent day spa

For an owner-operated day spa or clinic running its own bookings under its own brand.

  • One property, one dedicated instance.
  • Standard setup scope — menu, branding, domain.
  • Online booking live from day one.
  • One flat monthly fee for the whole operation.

Level 02 Hotel & resort

For a hotel or resort spa where charges belong on the room folio and guests book without the front desk.

  • Everything in Level 01.
  • Connected to your PMS, charges posting to the folio.
  • Guest journey configured for hotel traffic.
  • Scoped for a bigger menu and a bigger team.

Level 03 Chain & group

For a group running several properties that needs one rolled-up view across the estate.

  • A dedicated instance per property.
  • The group dashboard rolled up across every venue.
  • Custom modules and integrations scoped per group.
  • Each property priced individually, modelled on the call.

These levels are starting points, not fixed packages. The scoping call works out what changes between them.

The structural difference

Your margin compounds instead of leaking.

A marketplace takes a commission on every booking, forever — so the reward for a great month is a bigger bill.

AURI's fee is flat. The cost stays fixed while your volume grows. Every extra booking you win is yours to keep, and your cost per booking falls as volume rises. Industry benchmarks suggest software like this pays for itself within months, while a physical spa build-out takes years. Treat that as a directional pattern, not a guarantee.

Over a year of bookings, “a cut of each one” versus “none of them” is the shape of your margin.

Ownership

Own the car, not the factory.

Think of the model as a supercar maker.

We keep the factory — the code and the tooling that build AURI systems. You own the car: your instance, your infrastructure, your data.

  • The monthly fee is the official servicing. It keeps the car sharp, with the team on call.
  • Your data is yours.Exportable at any time, pooled with no one's.
  • If we ever part ways, you keep the car.Full access to your instance and infrastructure passes to you or whoever you nominate. The system keeps running — just without the servicing.
Questions

The things people ask about cost.

How much does AURI cost?

One setup fee plus one flat monthly fee — both set for your property. Setup covers standing up and configuring your dedicated instance; the monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, and direct support. A 30-minute scoping call gives you a firm number, not a band to interpret.

Do you take a commission on bookings?

No — never. You pay the setup fee and the flat monthly fee, and you keep 100% of every booking, whatever your volume.

Why doesn't AURI publish prices?

Because a dedicated system is a project, not a licence. Two properties with different size, PMS, and scope are two different projects, so one public list would be a fiction. The investment levels above show where you fit, and the scoping call turns that into a firm figure.

How long is the contract?

There's no multi-year licence. The ongoing commitment is the flat monthly fee, and billing adapts to your property: monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual. Exact terms, including notice, are agreed in writing on the scoping call.

What does the setup fee actually pay for?

The stand-up of your own single-tenant instance: a private database and cloud environment, your treatment menu and pricing rules configured, your branding applied, and your PMS connected. It is not a licence fee for shared software.

Are there hidden fees?

No — the model is the two components, agreed in writing before work starts. No per-user seats, integration levy, or listing fee; the only pass-throughs are at cost: payment processing, SMS, and email delivery. Custom work after go-live is quoted before anything is built.

What happens to us if AURI ever shuts down?

The same as if we parted ways by choice: you keep the system — your instance, your infrastructure, your data — and full access passes to you or whoever you nominate. Your data exports at any time in standard formats, at no fee; the full exit terms are in the ownership section above.
