About AURI

We build one thing, and we build it properly.

AURI is a booking and resource-management system built for one thing only: hotel spa and wellness.

In one line

AURI is a single-tenant spa booking and management system for hotels, day spas, and wellness centres. Every client runs a private instance on Google Cloud, purpose-built in Europe by Maciej Adamski and a small, focused team. You pay one flat monthly fee, never a per-booking commission. Hotel groups also get a multi-property aggregator.

The conviction

The spa is the most under-managed
room in the hotel.

Across the industry, the average hotel spa captures only about 16% of its guests (Intelligent Spas, 2019). The other 84% aren't saying no. They are never asked at the moment they're ready.

Walk through any good hotel and the rooms division is measured to the decimal: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, all live. Then you reach the spa, and the numbers go soft. How many guests booked, which hours sit dead — mostly, nobody knows.

That gap is not a demand problem or a marketing problem. It's an operations problem, and operations problems are solved with systems.

AURI gives the spa the same operational rigour the rest of the hotel already takes for granted.

Principles

Four convictions, built into the product.

01

Purpose-built, not adapted.

We built AURI from the ground up for spa and wellness. Online booking with prepayment, a resource engine that reserves therapist, room, and equipment together, PMS folio posting. Nothing bolted onto a generic tool.

02

Your system, not our platform.

A dedicated instance can be extended to what your property needs — implementation work, not a shared-roadmap queue.

03

Evidence over opinion.

Every decision here is grounded in published hospitality and conversion research, cited as we go. A claim without a source doesn't go on the site.

04

Your upside is yours.

We grow only when you renew, because the system works.

How we work

Engineering discipline, hospitality instincts.

We build AURI the way serious software is built, and keep the screens simple for people running a spa floor.

Strict where it counts

A booking is atomic: it happens completely or not at all. Each client's data is fully isolated, with an automated GDPR toolkit.

Tested on every change

Automated test and security checks run on every change before it reaches your instance.

Fast for the guest

A guest books in a phone browser in 60–90 seconds. No app, no account, nothing to install.

The architecture behind this is documented on the Technology page.

This moment

Built, ready, and choosing our first hotels.

AURI is built and working today. It runs with Mews, Opera Cloud, Cloudbeds, and Previo, with the full connector status on the integrations page.

We are now selecting a small group of founding partners to run the system live and grow with us.

  • Built and working today
  • A complete system stood up for you
  • Direct access to the team that builds it
  • Real influence over the roadmap
Who's behind it

A founder who's within reach.

AURI is led by Maciej Adamski, Founder & Engineer — the person who designed the system, and someone you can reach directly.

You are never routed through a sales layer. You talk to the people who built it.

FAQ

Questions about AURI.

Is AURI a SaaS product?

AURI is single-tenant, sometimes called private SaaS or managed software. Every client runs a dedicated cloud instance with its own database, domain, and branding, with no shared multi-tenant pool. The model is a setup fee plus a flat monthly fee with zero booking commission — full details on the pricing page.

Where is AURI based?

AURI is built in Europe. Client instances run on Google Cloud, in the region that fits your data-residency needs — EU for European hotels, or a Gulf region for Gulf operators.

Does AURI have paying customers I can reference?

Not yet — AURI is at the founding-partner stage, and we don't claim a customer roster we don't have. On a walkthrough we show you the complete, working product on your real treatment menu and capacity. You can also become one of the founding properties.

Does AURI build custom integrations or custom modules?

Yes. Because every client runs on a dedicated instance, custom work is scoped into the implementation, not gated behind a shared product roadmap. Examples: a loyalty backend, a CRM connection, or an in-house reporting tool.

Have a question we didn't cover? Book my intro call and ask it there.

See it run on your own numbers.

A short intro call first — then a walkthrough on your spa's real capacity. No obligation.
