The multi-property view

The numbers most directors never track — across every property.

Every spa's KPIs — capture rate, RevPATH, utilization, and more — on one screen, under your brand. Rolled up from across the group and refreshed every five minutes, so you spot the property that needs attention before the month closes.

What it is

One dashboard over the whole estate.

You know the group's total revenue — not the capture rate, therapist earnings, or idle rooms behind it.

The aggregator surfaces those numbers for every property at once. Drill into any single property, or put any two side by side — by week, month, quarter, or year.

Each property runs its own dedicated AURI instance; the aggregator reads each one and rolls the numbers up. How single-tenant isolation works lives on the technology page.

Instead of checking each spa one by one, you read the whole estate in a glance.

  • Read-only by design. The connection to each property only has GET methods — it physically cannot mutate a property's data.
  • Near-real-time. Every property's numbers are collected every five minutes, so the board is never more than minutes out of date. One slow property never holds up the rest.
  • White-label. The group's brand, colours, and name — not AURI's.
  • Insert-only history. Each snapshot is a new row. Nothing is overwritten, so any day's portfolio stays on record.
The numbers

Every property, side by side, on identical definitions.

The same KPIs, computed the same way at every property — so every comparison is like-for-like.

Capture rate

The share of overnight guests who book the spa — tracked per property and compared across the estate. The clearest measure of headroom.

RevPATH

Revenue per available treatment hour — the spa's RevPAR. The portfolio figure is weighted by each property's available hours, so a large spa counts for more.

Utilization

Booked minutes as a share of available minutes — how much of the day actually earns.

No-show & cancellation rate

The share of bookings that end as no-shows or cancellations — revenue leaking out the back, visible per property.

Revenue per therapist & service

Who and what is earning — the numbers most directors can't pull. The room report adds bookings and minutes occupied per room.

Booking value, repeat rate, lead time

What a booking earns, who comes back, and how far ahead guests book — the levers behind the headline numbers.

It watches so you don't have to

The portfolio tells you where to look.

Five built-in flags check every property's numbers and surface on the board the moment you open it.

Property offline

Flagged when an instance stops reporting for 30 minutes. A property that goes dark surfaces at once, instead of sitting unnoticed while you assume the numbers still flow.

High cancellation

Flagged when a property's cancellation rate climbs above 10%.

High no-show

Flagged when no-shows pass 5% at a property.

Low utilization

Flagged when a property drops below 30% utilization.

A bad stretch

Flagged when utilization sits below 75% for three or more consecutive days — a slide surfaces by day three, not at the month close.

Each property also gets a revenue trend line drawn from its own history — a sanity check, not a forecast.

The paper trail

Reports by therapist, service, and room — built and ready.

The reports are built today, in the exact breakdowns a group uses for a board pack.

Every report ships in both HTML (browser-ready) and PDF, over any date range you set.

  • By provider — bookings, revenue, utilization, no-show, cancellation, and average value per therapist.
  • By service — which treatments earn and which drag: bookings, revenue, and average ticket per line.
  • By room — bookings count and total minutes occupied, per room.

What it doesn't do yet

Where the aggregator ends today.

We'd rather you know the edges now than meet them after signing — these are on the roadmap, not in the product today.

  • Role-based access for multiple users — no built-in "this director sees only her region" model yet.
  • Push alerts — the flags surface on the board when you open it; not yet pushed by email, SMS, or mobile.
  • Custom, user-defined metrics — the KPI set is the fixed list above.
  • Per-tenant alert thresholds — the thresholds above are hard-coded today.
  • Scheduled report delivery and a custom report builder — the reports themselves are built; generating them is on-demand, not on a schedule.
  • Net-of-refund revenue — reported revenue is gross today; refunds are not subtracted yet.
  • Per-room revenue as a one-click KPI — the room report gives bookings and minutes occupied; a revenue column is on the roadmap.
  • Multi-currency rollups — cross-currency aggregation is custom work in the scope of an implementation.

If one of these is a hard requirement for your group, say so on the intro call — we'll be straight about where it sits and whether it's in scope for an implementation.

FAQ

Questions about the aggregator.

What is RevPATH?

RevPATH is revenue per available treatment hour — the spa's version of a hotel's RevPAR. The aggregator computes it the same way at every property, and the portfolio figure is weighted by each property's available hours, so a large spa counts for more.

Is the aggregator really read-only?

Yes. The connection to each property only has GET methods, so it physically cannot change a property's data. History is insert-only too: each snapshot is a new row, nothing is overwritten, and any day's portfolio stays on record.

What happens if a property goes offline?

The board flags it. An instance that stops reporting for 30 minutes is marked offline, so it surfaces at once instead of sitting unnoticed. Its last collected numbers stay on record, and one dark property never holds up the rest of the board.

Can it roll up properties in different currencies?

Not out of the box today. Cross-currency rollups are custom work, scoped as part of an implementation. If your group spans currencies, raise it on the intro call and we'll be straight about where it sits.
