The proof behind the claims.
Here is the published research the product is built on, how every number is classified, and where AURI honestly stands today. No borrowed results, no invented customers.
Every number we use, with its source.
Three kinds of claims appear on this site. Each figure below carries its kind and a source you can check.
Industry
Published third-party research about the market or the problem. We cite it with its source and never dress it up as an AURI result.
Our claim
A statement about what AURI does, or what we found ourselves. It traces to our own product or analysis, and we label it as ours.
Projection
A modelled forward number. It appears only with its assumptions shown, labelled a projection from industry benchmarks. Never a measured result.
| Figure | What we say | Type | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| 16.2% | Average hotel-spa capture — 84 of 100 guests never book. | Industry | Intelligent Spas, 2019 |
| 36% → 16% | 36% of guests intend to use the spa; 16% actually visit. The rest is lost to friction. | Industry | Dev, Hamilton, Rust & Valenti — Cornell, 2018 |
| 1–4% | Typical capture at GCC hotel spas — the regional headroom. | Industry | Colliers |
| 51% | More than half of spa booking demand arrives after reception has closed. | Industry | Trybe / Booking.com |
| 68% | Most wellness bookings happen on mobile, peaking 8–11pm. | Industry | Phocuswright |
| 25% → 8–12% | What a multi-layer reminder cadence does to no-show rates. AURI ships that cadence (48h, 24h, 2h) — the range is a benchmark, not our measurement. | Industry | Zenoti / HSMAI |
| $6.8T → $9.8T | The global wellness economy today, and the projection for 2029. | Industry | Global Wellness Institute |
| +108% | Higher TRevPAR at wellness-positioned hotels in one analysis — a segment comparison, not a promise. | Industry | RLA Global |
| 8 platforms | Of the eight spa and booking platforms we analysed, none combined a true allocation engine, a multi-property aggregator, single-tenant instances, and zero commission. | Our claim | AURI, own analysis |
| € figures | Every forward revenue figure on this site is modelled from the benchmarks above, with its assumptions shown beside it. | Projection | Labelled where shown |
If a number appears anywhere on this site and is not in this register, it slipped past our own rule. Tell us, and we will source it or cut it.
What we don't claim.
What a vendor won't say matters more than what it will. Here is what AURI does not claim.
- No customers yet. AURI is at the founding-partner stage. The running installations are demos we built, not paying properties. Backing a vendor this early is a fair concern — what happens if we part ways is answered plainly.
- No measured AURI outcomes. We have not yet measured what AURI does to a live property's capture or no-show rate. Until a founding partner runs it, every outcome number here is industry research, not ours.
- No borrowed case studies. The spa-technology case studies you may have seen belong to other platforms. We cite third-party results as industry evidence, under their own names, never as AURI results.
- No performance or audit theatre. We call AURI fast, lightweight, and tested, but only qualitatively. We publish no uptime or speed numbers and claim no external audit. Our checks run in our own pipeline.
How a number earns its place.
Every figure needs a published source before it reaches this site: a named publisher and a year you can check. We classify it as industry research, our own claim, or a labelled projection. We write it no stronger than the source did. When a number can't be verified, we cut it rather than soften it. The engineering behind the product gets the same discipline. The stack, the testing, and the isolation model live on the technology page.
The most useful case study is the one not written yet. Founding partners run AURI on their own instance. Together we measure capture, no-shows, and revenue on real numbers. The setup fee is waived, a pilot-only arrangement. Read the pilot terms
Evidence questions we get.
Does AURI have published case studies?
Not yet. We will not publish a case study about a customer we do not have. What we publish instead is the sourced research above, and an honest offer: be the first documented AURI case, measured on your own numbers.
What is the AURI competitive analysis based on?
Our own structured comparison of eight spa and booking platforms against four properties we consider non-negotiable: a true resource-allocation engine, a dedicated multi-property aggregator, a single-tenant instance per client, and zero booking commissions. It is labelled as our analysis, not an independent study.
Are the figures on this page reproducible?
Yes — every figure carries its source, and we use the primary framing only. The intent-action gap is the 2018 Cornell study by Dev, Hamilton, Rust & Valenti. The 25% to 8–12% no-show range is a Zenoti / HSMAI industry benchmark, not an AURI result.
