Hospitality Intelligence

The spa industry's numbers — sourced, current, in one place.

Sourced statistics, revenue calculators, and market forecasts for spa and wellness. We built this platform to ground every claim we make. Now it's a product of its own.

In one line

AURI Hospitality Intelligence is a standalone research platform for spa and wellness. It's a curated statistics database built from hundreds of published sources, with revenue calculators and market forecasts across the major markets. Every entry carries its citation. Every forecast is built from published growth rates. It runs in any browser and requires no AURI software.

What's inside

Research you'd otherwise assemble one source at a time.

Markets & regions

Market sizing, growth, and per-capita spend — from the global wellness economy down to single markets like the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Poland.

Problems, quantified

The operational problems every spa shares — no-shows, idle rooms, after-hours leakage, commission drain — each with the published evidence behind it.

Segment benchmarks

Benchmarks split the way the industry actually works — hotel and resort, day spa, medical, thermal, destination — not one average for everything.

Revenue calculators

Put your own property into the calculators — capture rate, no-shows, utilization, after-hours demand, commissions — and see the annual number you're leaving on the table.

Market forecasts

Forward projections for the markets the database covers. Scenarios come from published growth rates — when research bodies disagree, you see the real spread.

The source registry

Every source — publisher, year, link — tiered and searchable. Export the statistics as Markdown with citations, for your reports or as cited fuel for your own AI.

The method

A database that refuses to make things up.

Every statistic carries its source — publisher, year, link. It's enforced in code: the build fails if a single figure lacks attribution. What you read was published, or it doesn't ship.

Forecasts follow the same rule. Projections are computed from published growth rates, with the formula printed under the chart. There is no black-box model. When research bodies disagree on a market, their numbers become the low, base, and high scenarios.

The same claim discipline as everything else we publish — enforced by the compiler, not a style guide.

  • Source-gated at build. A statistic without attribution stops the release.
  • Honest forecasting. Published growth rates as scenarios, formula visible. No machine-learning theatre.
  • Tiered sources. Global research firms, regional bodies, and operator surveys — labelled, so you know the weight of each number.
Who it's for

Built for the people who work with the numbers.

Consultants & advisors

Spa consultants, wellness real-estate advisors, and due-diligence teams: cited statistics that go straight into a deck or a report, with the source registry to back every line.

Hotel groups & investors

Sizing a spa investment or a market entry: country-level market data, segment benchmarks, and forecasts at the horizons a board plans against.

Operators

Benchmark your property against the published norms for your segment — and put your own numbers into the calculators to see what's recoverable.

Access

Platform access, on request.

Hospitality Intelligence is a subscription product, sold separately from the spa system — no AURI software, no PMS connection, no implementation.

It's the research layer. The operating system for the spa itself is a separate decision. A free preview and trial are planned as the platform opens up. Until then, access runs through us.

Ask us for current access and rates. A short call, and we'll walk you through what's inside.

Questions

Before you open it.

Do I need AURI software to use it?

No. Hospitality Intelligence is a standalone research platform — it runs in your browser, on its own subscription, with no PMS connection and no implementation. Built by the same team, on the same claim discipline, but a separate product.

Where does the data come from?

From published sources — global research firms, regional research bodies, and operator surveys — each tiered and listed in the source registry with publisher, year, and link. Every statistic carries its citation; the platform's build fails if a figure lacks one.

Is it AI-generated?

No. The statistics are curated from published research, and the forecasts are computed from published growth rates with the formula shown under each chart. No language model writes the numbers, and no black-box model predicts them.

What does it cost?

It's a subscription, priced separately from the AURI spa system, and the rates are settling while the platform opens up. For current access and rates, ask us — the honest answer today comes from a conversation, not a price table.

Stop arguing from anecdotes. Argue from sourced numbers.

Ask about access and we'll walk you through the platform — or start with the research we already publish in the open.
